Jason has served in numerous contexts in the Lutheran Church. Ordained in 2006, he began his pastoral ministry in Tuggeranong, ACT. He moved to Sydney in 2011 to lead two congregations, one in central Sydney and another on the Northern Beaches. He moved with his wife Jenni and four children to the Riverland in 2015 to serve in Renmark and Paringa. Jason joined the St Peter's community in January 2019.
Jason attended Australian Lutheran College from 2002-2006 and completed his vicarage at St Michael's Lutheran Church, Hahndorf. He has completed a Bachelor of Theology and a Bachelor of Ministry and more recently a Graduate Certificate in Management. He is enrolled in a Master of Teaching to develop and extend his ability to communicate and teach the gospel.
Jason enjoys playing guitar in his spare time and working in his garden. He loves to cook and is known for producing a decent pizza.
